We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
To start a return, please contact us at admin@sharafashion.xyz with your order number.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We’ll replace or refund the item at no extra cost.
